WeWeWeb's Clubs Help

Introduction

A Club is a virtual group within the WeWeWeb game platform that can organize Online Tournaments. A club makes up with members which can participate in an internal club tournaments or inter-club tournaments. Note that a club in WeWeWeb game platform is virtual and there is no connection with any real world organizations.

Member Class

There are different classes of member with a club:

• Leader: The one who creates the club is the first leader of the club. He has all the rights to manage the club. At any one time, a club must have one and only one leader. If a leader want to step down, he must appoint a member of the club to be the new leader. Once step down, he lost his leader's right, unless the current leader step down, and appoint him as the leader again.
• Officer: The class can management member classes and organize Online Tournaments.
• Honour/Ordinary/Student/Junior: The are the standard member classes in the club.
• Inviting: A person has been invited by an officer but has not yet accepted the invitation.
• Applying: A person has applied to join a club but has not yet been approved by an officer.

Create A Club

Everyone can create a club. It required a club creation fee in gold. Once created a club, you are the leader and responsible to manage and promote your club.

Notes

• Note that gold is the virtual currency to control the use of the server's resource.

Join A Club

By default, every person registered an WeWeWeb account will be a member of WeWeWeb. He can also join the other clubs by either applying to join or  being invited by a club officer. However, a person can only join at most 5 clubs at the same time.

Leave A Club

A member of a club can leave a club at any time. However, if he is the leader of the club, he must be stepped down first before leaving. Also, no body can leave the default WeWeWeb Club, except when the system had purged those inactive users.

Donation To Club

When a club is organizing an Online Tournament, setup fee is required and will be withdrawn from the club's gold account. The gold saved in the club's gold account is funded by member's donation.

Notes

• Club's gold saving can only be used to organize Online Tournament and cannot be withdrawn.
  
• WeWeWeb does not have a gold account, all Online Tournament organized on-behalf of WeWeWeb will be changed directly to member's individual gold account.

Club Ranking

All clubs will be ranked according to the club's reputation. The reputation of a club will be calculated periodically accordingly to different metrics of the club. These metrics includes but not limited to: The number of member, number of successful tournament held, etc....

Club Points

Officers can assign club points to members of the club for participant in club's event. This points are similar to WeWeWeb's Master Point but on club basis. This is still a raw conceptual feature, which our development team will put effort to improve such a feature.

House keeping

Because of complex data dependence, club cannot be deleted voluntary by the leader. However, we reserve the right to purge inactive clubs periodically.
