Open netbeans.
In menu, select Tools>Plugins
Select Setting Tab
Add new Update Center
Name: nbandroid URL: http://kenai.com/downloads/nbandroid/updates.xml
Install the Available Plugins Tab, select and install Android.
Now create a new project with "Android" category.
If you are 1st time to create an Android project, you need to use Manage Platform button to add an android platform to Netbeans.
Note: When selecting the project folder, don't put in under "Program Files", seems the compilation process cannot handle space in folder name)
Done.
Goto android
